This single plot wine takes its name from the Old French word \u201cpeu,\u201d meaning \u201csmall hill,\u201d and the word \u201cm\u00fbrier\u201d meaning \u201cblackberry tree\u201d (which became \u201cmorier\u201d in spoken French).<\/p>

In the 15th century, the cultivation of this fruit tree enabled the breeding of silkworms (or Bombyx mori), making Touraine the cradle of French sericulture.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
