The grapes are hand-harvested in a Mediterranean climate using sustainable agriculture.
For the Syrah grapes : maceration for 3 weeks, followed by 8 months of aging in stainless steel tanks.
For the Cinsault grapes : maceration for 10 days, followed by 8 months of aging in stainless steel tanks.
The two grape varieties are blended and then aged for 6 months in tanks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
