The Vincent Car\u00eame estate was founded in 1999 with 5 hectares of vineyards.<\/p>

Certified by Ecocert since 2007, the vineyard has been managed according to the principles of organic farming since 2003.<\/p>

In 2004, we acquired the property \u201cLe Clos\u201d, consisting of 16th-century cave cellars and a 2-hectare vineyard.<\/p>

The estate now covers nearly 24 hectares of vineyards, ranging in age from 10 to over 80 years, spread across three soil types: clay, flint-clay, and limestone. <\/p>

Together with our team, we produce white wines\u2014still and sparkling\u2014made exclusively from Chenin Blanc, the iconic grape variety of the Loire Valley. <\/p>

The grapes are harvested by hand to ensure the highest possible quality.<\/p>

Winemaking is carried out using indigenous yeasts to best express the identity of each terroir.<\/p>

The estate offers a range of wines in different styles, combining expertise and passion.<\/p>

Since 2013, in partnership with Tania, we have been producing Chenin Blanc wines in South Africa\u2019s Swartland region, on schist and granite terroirs that reveal expressions very different from our Loire Valley Chenins.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Ecocert certification is an international standard for the inspection and certification of environmentally friendly and organic agricultural products.<\/p>

To obtain this certification, companies must undergo regular audits\u2014at least once a year\u2014as well as unannounced inspections, thereby ensuring traceability and transparency throughout the production chain.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Organic certification refers to all labels that certify that a product is produced using organic farming methods, in accordance with specific standards defined by national or international regulations.<\/p>
