The estate An exceptional terroir, unique wines
Created in 1999, the vineyard now covers 24 hectares of organically grown Chenin Blanc.
The estate has a 16th-century cave cellar where the wines are vinified and aged in barrels and casks.
In addition to sparkling and dry white wines, we also produce medium-dry and sweet wines from our best terroirs.
In partnership with Tania, we vinify a batch of Steen (the local name for Chenin) near Cape Town, South Africa, under the name of “Terre Brûlée”.
