A blend of old vines grown on clay soil with a limestone subsoil.
The wine is bottled early, before the end of alcoholic fermentation. The second fermentation takes place using natural sugars and indigenous yeasts; aging lasts 24 months.
Very fine bubbles and great aromatic freshness, the palate is long and persistent with a creamy side.
Appetizers and desserts made with red berries and almonds.
Serve chilled (40°F); can be stored for up to 10 years.
