The grapes are harvested after selecting bunches with at least 30% botrytis (noble rot) and some sun-dried, then vinified in 400-liter oak barrels for a one-year aging period.
The nose offers intense aromas of fig, apricot, and candied quince, which are also present on the palate. These delicate flavors blend with a refreshing crispness. A well-balanced wine between richness and structural complexity (105g of residual sugar).
To be enjoyed on its own, as an aperitif, or paired with blue cheese or fruit-based desserts.
A wine for laying down (20 to 30 years).
