The grapes are hand-harvested in a Mediterranean climate using sustainable agriculture.
For the Syrah grapes : maceration for 3 weeks, followed by 8 months of aging in stainless steel tanks.
For the Cinsault grapes : maceration for 10 days, followed by 8 months of aging in stainless steel tanks.
The two grape varieties are blended and then aged for 6 months in tanks.
An expressive nose revealing aromas of red berries and spices.
This is an unconventional wine, both powerful and round, with supple tannins.
Serve at room temperature and pair with grilled red meat (braai in South Africa), game, chili con carne, or tapas.
