Produced from old vines and a flinty clay terroir, Peu Morier is vinified for 9 to 12 months depending on the vintage, in 400-liter oak barrels with aging on fine lees.
Nose with slightly smoky notes and aromas of vine peach; the palate is fruity and expressive with citrus flavors.
Appetizers, starters, and main courses featuring fish or seafood (bouillabaisse, cod fritters, etc.).
Ready to drink now; can be cellared for 5 to 10 years.
